As Is Realty is an example of a new brand creation. The clear professional letters play on the duplistic nature of being for sale as "as is". On the one hand, it's a fixer-upper and you better be handy because there's some flaws, on the other, it's already fixed up and it's being sold "as is" brand new or needs no work. We wanted to align to home supply hardware stores such as Sears and Home Depot to appeal to the rehabber, but be appealing to the bargain home shopper. We also made it a priority to maintain a level of dignity for the seller in foreclosure. |
