Barrington Lakes Apartment Homes - Brand Identity

The Barrington Lakes Apartment Homes Identity was created from scratch. The word Barrington is in the same font that we chose for the parent company: Group Fox. This is one of the many printed pieces we developed. With a sophisticated brand and elaborate map on the back, the handy folder opens up to seven inserts, each one bigger than the next. The bigger the unit, the bigger the page. This is a 5-color piece, CMYK plus a metallic Pantone on classic columns cardstock and letter.

The map on the back of the folder is so detailed you can tell the clubhouse has a half-indoor/half-outdoor pool and hottub next to the lake. A red car sits in the parking lot indicating the guest parking where you are parked when you received this map, helping to register the senses of scale and direction.
